With all the recent talk about UHL I figure I would throw it out there. About 4 months ago a client of mine died. I do not know the cause of death but he was otherwise healthy. And he qualified for EIP. He was less than 2 years into his policy. I keep getting letters email-cc to me that they send to his son. They keep on saying the same thing, we are researching the medical records, etc, etc., and will let you know as soon as possible. My questions are,
1-Is this normal? 4 months?
2-What is the likelihood they will deny paying out?
3-What does it mean, if anything, to my commission pa
