Quadriplegic Male Age 23

In an auto accident at age 4.
A ton of meds. Can not do ADLs. He can speak and is going to college in the spring. Can sign, kinda, with his mouth.

Mother is looking for anything we can find. Would like to get up to $50,000 but will take just about anything. $10,000 GI would be great.

Any suggestions?
