Primatech Advice Please?

Have read the Forum a long time---changed email and lost my old ID

Does anyone know how to deal with Primatech?

I read a number of posts from agents doing very well with their leads and tried them--and its turning out to be nothing like what I ordered.

And emails are not being returned.

Is there some "trick" to dealing with them?
