I had an interesting deal about a week ago. It was a TM lead and I scheduled the appointment without much effort at all. When I showed up he was a pretty heavy guy in a lazyboy chair and just yelled for me to come in. When I told him who I was and why I was there he got all pissed off and said we scheduled that for Friday. not Thursday.
