Hey guys, been selling mapd and med supp independently for a few years part time and getting business by referrals and mailers.... I have now decided to take the plunge and do it full time. I know the guidelines are strict for marketing mapd but is it legal to cold call medicare beneficiaries to try and get f2f appointments to sell med supp? any help on this would be great.. by the way I am licensed in PA.
