99.9% of what I do is referral based & I got a random inbound phone call off the internet for a quote the other day. He was of Indian decent (and while Indians tend to be some of the most successful, brilliant & fiscally responsible clientele out there...) we all know how they are..

I quoted his entire package & sent over (20) emails answering his questions & concerns in complete, explicit & articulate detail. After 2 days of failing to commit to an appointment & asking the same questions over & over again...I decided it was time to part ways.
