Introduction - Hello

Hi everyone, been lurking for a little while and decided to join. I am really just interested in using the forum for info purposes. I do work with a marketing company and expect to get a little bashing for joining. We are a small boutique company and only work with a few clients at a time. Anyways we a currently working in the debt industry and have a couple prospective clients in the insurance industry and need to learn their needs and what better way than from the horses mouth!!
