Here's a cut and paste of an e-mail I received from Humana:
Effective 7/10/15, 47 HCA Health System hospitals in Florida will no longer participate in the Humana network.
Letters advising of the termination, along with a list of the HCA terminating facilities, were mailed to impacted members last week. However, the letters incorrectly stated that the HCA owned Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) were terminating along with the hospitals. A revised communication explaining that only the hospitals, not the ASCs, along with a revised list of facilities, will be mailed to members by June 12th
