Recently I've come across nosy relatives who have been picking up the phone instead of the names on the lead. I'll call and ask for the client's name...they ask my name - I tell them - then they start launching questions at me. I ask, is this (client's name) or their spouse - they aren't the client and some are not even the spouse. As I repeatedly go back into asking them when is the best time to reach (client's name)...they ask me what is this about? I tell them I am just returning a call...about what? What kind of information? What company is this? I really want to say...none of your damn bu
