I applaud Humana for sharing in advance the new markets they will be participating in next year in the FFM. I encourage other carriers to help us get prepared correctly this coming OEP, with market participation, plans, networks, pricing.
BTW, we would also like more advanced communication regarding commission levels for 2016. A few days before Nov 1st won't cut it. 2 months would be appreciated.
