I'm a producer working for an independent agency with little over a year's worth of prior experience as a Farmers agent.
That said, are there any carriers (non-captive) in Texas that will appoint producers who are already employed at an independent agency? I have registered a business name, bank account, and joined the IIAT (looking for E&O). FYI, the agency principle is aware of my plans, and is supporting me.
Any and all help, words of advice, criticisms are welcome. Thank you
