The deal went through Highmark covers the whole state except the Philly area. They tried to buy that (Independence Blue Cross) but was denied by Pa Ins commission (Rendell) some years ago. Highmark is like the movie "The Blob":1frown: so NEPA BLUE Cross (first Priority Health is now Highmark )
