Have you ever experienced or heard of a GI claim not being issued within the 2 year contestability period? I heard from another agent about Gerber regularly contesting their GIs. Is that true? It just sounds bizarre that there would be any cause for that given the fact that we already know they were in the poorest of health when they began the policy.
