I don't write much of them anymore because they suck for diabetics and grade everyone of them regardless of what they say-
But even worse is their fax numbers on the cover sheet-
don't matter which of the 3 you use- you'll get through page 4 and get a timed out error
I been struggling with that crap for 7 years- Can't you knuckleheads at Americo fix that crap already?

And don't tell me it's a user error- it's been a problem the last 6 years for me- I have no problem faxing apps to other carriers that take on the first send
