Now that the Supreme Court of the USA has ruled that Same-Sex marriages are legal in all 50 states, must Individual and Group health insurance companies/plans honor this ruling when it comes to obtaining coverage?
When Susie marries Jane, does that now generate an ObamaCare Special Enrollment Opportunity for them, and their children, on the Federal and all State Exchanges?
