I have read through the VoIP threads from the past few years and wanted to start a thread to discuss the current trends/best practices.
Specifically, I've researched and/or spoken with:
Vonage Business
Ring Central
Evoice
Ooma
8 X 8
Pros and cons to all of them. I'm most concerned with call quality and good customer service if problems arise. Cost is obviously a major factor as well, but they are all similar on that end.
What are some thoughts about the current environment?
