Upcomming AEP Seasons All Smashed Together

I'm curious how other agents and agencies are planning on handling this upcoming AEP where IFP, Medicare, and group open enrollment a all overlap and are smashed in this impossible timeframe. With almost 2000 clients on the books (Mostly IFP and Medicare) we are searching for an effective way to retain clients since we know that there is no way the four of us in my office can possibly keep up in such a short time frame. Does anyone have a follow up system that you helps you retain and keep clients from leaving?
