Can anyone help with this client's question? Maybe not as hard to figure as it is just messy details.
UHC Dual client is discharged from hospital stay to non Medicaid SN facility hoping rehab stay will not exceed Medicare 20 day stay as SNF not Medicaid.
Client is discharged 23rd day (SNF eats two days). Two days later client returns to ER where advised to return to SNF for extended rehab treatment in which previous SNF responds to accept and treat without Medi/Medi or co-pays. (Attempt to locate local available Medicaid SNF was a bomb.)
Client is then fit with DME equipment for COPD and
