I have a P&C agency that I am planning on selling in 2 years. currently being run as a DBA. should i incorporate and have all the agency contracts changed to corporate name so that its easier to sell or does it matter? i want to avoid somebody trying to cherry pick my book of business because i will only sell as all or nothing. what do acquiring agencies prefer?
