I had a client today that was a heavy insulin user with neuropathy so I sent him to rna. Everything was fine. I even posted on here that the interview took quite a bit less time than my last one. Then I get a call from the home office stating he had been declined on a fully underwritten app in 2013 and because of the previous decline they will not cover him. What a stupid rule. The previous agent should never have even tried previously as he is just now out of the 2 year window with some circulatory issues. But they are still holding the previous agents poor decision against him. Oh what fun.
