A question for the door knockers. Do you guys have a standard operating procedure you follow when you are out beating on doors and get no answer?
Do you leave a "delivery notice", tape a copy of the lead card to the door with your phone number or both? If so, do you leave something on the first attempt or give it a few tries? When do you follow up with a phone call?
Just trying to get a feel for other people's routine.
