Mortgage protection leads... many insurance companies are sending out mailers to recent recipients of refi's, new home purchases and new equity loan holders. This is all sourced from public records.
But, what good is a lead if you have 5 or 6 companies like National Agents Alliance, Fitz Group, Legacy, etc all sending out these mailers at the same time? Not much is the answer.
