I am sure this would only be in NY, As NY has no medical underwriting for Supp's
a client had asked about a family member Who has a MAPD and state assistance for drugs.and is in a nursing home. Now has switched to Med Supp and PDP.
Wanted to know since MAPD replaces Medicare, Now since switched to original medicare and Supp. Does the skilled nursing days reset?
I said I did not think so, But she asked that I find out for sure
