In another (fairly) recent thread we were talking about enrolling T65's early in their supplements... I have a somewhat "tangent" thread to start here.
I had a referral call. She is 70 yrs old and said she had no supplemental coverage and wanted what my client had (Plan N). She just had an outpatient surgery done and it cost her 2,000.
Anyway, after some digging, turns out she has a MAPD plan and no SEP options. She thought she just had Rx coverage.....
Anyway, I was updating my CRM and added a task to call her during AEP to make the switch to the supplement.
But then the thought
