Now, I'm tired of this. I have been hung up on so many times I cannot count. This evening I had the client on a three-way call to authorize me to help her with a CIC. She tried to handle it herself (and I told her do not try this alone). Marketplace terminated. I was nice enough not to tout the 'I told you so'. Too late now.
