Trying to come up with a program to entice referrals from captive agents.
Program would pay $25 per referral given that the referral meets our established guidelines which would be presented.
Most of the referrals I assume would come from leads they could not close. Referrals forms would be given to the captive to put in the info.
Looking for advice on this, people that maybe tried this approach and thoughts on whether this would be effective or not?
