Have a current case where I wrote the application with Americo since the customer chews tobacco to keep him from having a smokers rate. He doesn't know his checking account number that the debit card is based on and doesn't receive monthly statements in the mail. Probably gets them sent electronically to keep the bank from charging fees but doesn't have email/internet access so doesn't really receive the statements to get the number from there.
