Americo App Receipt Issue

so newly contracted and just got advisement to site access which haven't registered/set up yet



I call today to acknowledge receipt to app emailed on 4/7 to the designated email AND THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE IT???????????. I say how can this possibly be after confirming email and telling her it certainly didn't come back undeliverable and she has no explanation and asks "have you never had such receipt issues before elsewhere" and I say Nooooooooo, not with not "undeliverable" email saying I sent it to an erroneous email address.
