Advice on T-65 Mailers????

I'm gonna start sending out some mailers to people on the t-65 list. I am looking for advice as far as what to put on the letter from those that have had some success with this before.



I'm also working on a letter/note to leave when I knock a door and find nobody there to answer. A "sorry I missed you" note if you will. I would also like some advice on this as well.
