So i have a client who is 66 M non-smoker. He has Narcolepsy, diabetes(no insulin), sleep apnea, and takes methadone for back pain had surgery 10 years ago.
It seemed like with all of this Trans would have been my best bet for preferred, but sleep apnea knocked it down to standard.
