I'm newbie to an insurance industry, I just got my 20-44 personal lines licence, because wanted to take it slow and work under an established agency for a couple of years first before opening up something on my own. I've paid a visit to a dozen independent insurance agencies, but no one seem to be interested. Even though, my family co owns a car dealership and I already been sending them a lot of business. So now what?!.. I would open my own agency tomorrow if it wasn't for the carrier appointments and lack of knowledge and experience on my part. I need an advice and support fro
