Chargebacks Right Away, or Down the Road??

Curious,



Im assuming most agents charge backs are say within the first month or two of issue, like mine.



I hate for them to waste my time and even submit an app if they know deep down inside this is something they are not going to take seriously.



So is there anything agents say during the presentation to help eliminate this,,,,or do you all just take it with the punches and hence why everyone sets aside 20% of commissions for CBs?
