When one of your clients needs a PDP [B]with a carrier you aren't with[/B]... [B][U]and [/U][/B]they want your help....
And they have [B]no [/B]computer to go to medicare.gov on their own
Do you:
Have them call the carrier? (I don't want my supp clients calling Humana - who will try to get them in an HMO or something). A three way call seems like a waste of time...
Have them call Medicare.gov on their own? Seems easy for a mistake to be made and find out they enrolled in an mapd...
A three way call seems like it might be an option if it doesn't take too long.....
