My First Batch of TM Leads. Questions on Best Practices

I just got my first batch of TM leads and some of the basics I know is of course follow the script and call when they jave saod to call them. I started calling them and some of them that I have been able to reach told me they don't remember talking to anyone about life insurance. I even mentioned their secret word and still they had no clue what I was talking about.
