Moo Declines Coverage After Sending Email Saying It Was Issued

Wrote a policy with Moo back in the beginning of January and a few days later as per norm, received an email stating it was approved and issued. Called the client to let him know. The draft date was for January 26th and in looking at my commission schedule a few days ago, saw I hadn't been paid. So I called Moo and the commission dept said to talk to the underwriter. So I called the underwriter and was told that she had made a mistake. She stated she had sent the wrong email and the application was actually declined.
