Humana E Signature

I talked to Humana this morning and they told me that every e signature email needs to be sign by tomorrow in order to be eligible. Even though marketplace application is already submitted. I would like to know what do you guys think. I though they had until the end of the month to sign and to make their payment. Same way, you make it from marketplace.
