I know Settlers and SNL. And I don't want to deal with Gerber, Kemper or Vantis' chargeback issues.
Looking for someone akin to Settlers on price and comp. Preferably no smoking banned or height weight chart. The problem with settlers as you're only allowed to write 20 or 25% bronze applications. I think I'm about to hit my limit. ;)
And I know about Aetna, but they only pay like 58%.
Any other options out there?
