I am a young agent currently working for a local insurance company in Massachusetts. I would like to own my own agency sometime in the near future. I would like to ask a few simple questions which would guide me in the right direction. Also, any advice or help is needed and is appreciated, thank you in advance!
What should some of my first steps be?
Where should I start looking?
Is going captive a good idea? Will I have I trouble later down the road?
