Just wondering how many of you have made a complaint to the state about another agent. Case in point had an insured who cancelled after about 6 months. When I called today to see why she cancelled she tells me that she got another policy that does not have a waiting period. I sold her a policy with MOO with 1st day coverage (called MOO just to be sure). I told her that her policy was 1st day coverage and she told me she was happy with her new policy.
