Buying Out a Book of Life Business

Hi there,



I have been in the industry for around 6 years and currently have the opportunity of buying out a large book of life business (around 5k clients) from the agency that I currently work at. The book of business is just life business, which was mostly sold via radio advertising in the early 2000s.



Although the owner has been in business for over 30+ years, the majority of her clients do not really seem to have an extreme loyalty to our agency, as it was kind of an "onto the next lead" type of thing when these policies were initially sold.



My question is, do you think it's wort
