Hi Guys I have an agency in SW Missouri, and recently opened up an office in NW Arkansas. I'm trying to offer Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Individual & Senior Products, but I'm having a hard time finding access to it. Arkansas Blue Cross told me to call Brown & Brown, but that was a dead end. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
