I have a client that lost her MAPD on 12/31 because it pulled out of her county. I enrolled her into a Medigap plan under GI, and a drug plan using AEP as the reason. With that being said, she is unhappy with the drug coverage we chose her, and wants to change. Is she still able to use said SEP because we used AEP as the reason for the first plan. I have never experienced this one before.
