So I went to an appointment this morning which ended up being to Lincoln heritage policies that I replaced. I was able to preserve the premium they were paying with Lincoln heritage and get the more coverage. However when I called the Lincoln heritage 1 800 number poor customer service I got a recording that said they were closed today
