Netquote.com “Bankrate Insurance” won’t return my deposit and is sending me incentive leads for Xbox’s. They are claiming that I agreed to a set 40% return percentage when I signed-up and a match of funds. What I didn’t think about was how they were going to discount my account 50% with matching, and then give another 40% discount on returns. This is 90%, so where is the cost to buy the leads?
