This woman called me to ask for Obamacare info, which I don't do. She said that the marketplace quoted her $319 month, 1/3 of her income. Is this right? We live in Texas, which opted not to expand Medicaid. Could that have something to do with it. I'm guessing that she makes too little for subsidy, and no Medicaid since Texas didn't expand it?
